We aren’t a one size fits all kinda agency. We don’t trot out the same responses to the same questions, unless they are the right responses for the expert sat in front of us.

 

You may come to us wanting to launch an online course. We will dive deep into what you are really trying to achieve, and provide a tailor made solution for you.

 

We may favour certain products and platforms over others, but if they aren’t a right fit for you, we won’t use them. Heck, we probably won’t even tell you about them!

Who we are.

Laura Payne-Stanley

Laura Payne-Stanley is a sought-after international speaker, such as TEDx, and go-to expert on branding, success and mindset, who has been published in Huffington Post and Thrive Global.

An award-winning serial entrepreneur and success consultant, Laura has spent a decade developing a diverse toolkit to help entrepreneurs master the inner work necessary to build wildly successful businesses and lives they truly love.

A certified Neuro-Linguistic Master Coach and Master Hypnotherapist, she is also co-founder of Elevate - the agency for experts specialising in online learning solutions. Her background includes a degree in communications and more than 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, working with brands ranging from Ann Summers to national park authorities.

She refers to herself as the velvet hammer; warm and fuzzy, yes, but impactful – a powerful combination which results in both great relationships, and meaningful mindset shifts for her clients.

Jack Hounsell

Elevate welcomes Jack as Operations Assistant. He is a multi-tasking creative graduate from the University of Westminster.

Jack is interdisciplinary creative, a multi-award winner for short documentaries he has worked on, the co-founder of a successful clothing brand, and has worked for institutions like the University of Westminster.

Tackling all manner of tasks here at Elevate from web design to client care; Jack works behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly and on time. If it needs doing – Jack will be there to do it.

Leigh Payne

Joining Laura at Elevate is her husband and powerhouse systems scaling business man Leigh.

Leigh has worked with academic institutions and government organisations such as London Fire Brigade to facilitate the systems and processes required to streamline any organisation.

Leigh’s passion lies in empowering and supporting entrepreneurs and their companies to have the physical and online infrastructure to scale.
