The Customer:
The Natural Health Hub was established in 2017 by Sue Leach.
Based in Lymington, Hampshire – it provides a centre for therapists to: “gather together and collaborate with the common goal of promoting and providing natural health to those who wanted to embrace a holistic lifestyle and look for alternative solutions to their family’s health needs”.
The Challenge:
To take the already successful business Sue ran at the TNHH (The Natural Health Hub) – update and refresh their online presence & e-commerce abilities.
Provide ongoing support, integrations, and any other ad-hoc support needed during the duration of the work carried out.
The Solution
After an initial virtual strategy session with Sue, a plan of action was agreed upon to deal with TNHH’s specific needs – and the following solutions were actioned:
- The initial work saw the transfer of TNHHs current site onto the Elevate Agency‘s hosting server – this added a level of security and reliability, as well as taking the unique issues with hosting out of the client’s hands.
- We then made small but important updates to sections of the website – including the favicon, updates to the menu UI, and finally making the entire website GDPR compliant.
- Set up a subscription facility that allowed customers to save when they subscribed to monthly products. This brought in a new revenue stream to TNHH’s e-commerce income.
- Made the shop an easier page to navigate by setting up a product filter and highlighting the best selling products on a scrolling carousel.
- Provided ongoing support with queries from the client regarding WooCommerce, as well as small updates to the site.
- Reviewed the client’s current integration with Mailchimp, and provided more options to increase revenue through customer data use.
